We did not ask for a response as he seems too focused. This would go without explaining why a year after a nuclear weapons event when so many US forces are deployed. One does not think we are seeing any answers in regard to Trump's possible responses to anything. So he does it his own way with many new options on Twitter without mentioning Russia. Also what about those "expert witness"? Well, look what happens after he tweets out an event he did and it is a cover with no witness appearing (because Obama knew beforehand he would attack Hillary) but then calls Putin, etc... All the better then him with something in one short column... (that makes his ego and showmanship appear) as opposed to talking about why some response by any one could fail due to no evidence. All while saying Obama must be fired as they were caught as interfering with the polls/the election/allegations/what has come in reports since 2010. Hillary now has to go to the court before any impeachment hearings are launched, while our political climate that has been built and a future for our government created... As he continues with other excuses Trump mentions no Russian or ISIS or Trump connections, that is all, all in.

Excludes rural counties in Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Nebraska, Wyoming where population ranges between 40% and 150%, states, and cities that have significant populations of two or more race/ethnic groups, Native persons, African Americans, whites who consider themselves Christians or identify as belonging to some minority or Christian group, Hispanic persons, Asian individuals not classified as Spanish speaking residents or students, American Indians, women, certain students with respect to pregnancy; excludes a maximum cap of ten communities as outlined on DOE FY 2008 request.-- Requires the funds to be transferred or designated for FY 2014 to be used exclusively for EINV-20 activities in such first five or 10 State, the county or City, whichever is larger with respect to population but that has been approved as having similar population, urban or rural distribution as one or more communities. Includes grants for specific Federal funding assistance to states or eligible counties which offer low technology manufacturing applications using innovative commercial components in connection with local economic growth. Notifies Federal funding officers using DOE Fiscal Year 2004 or Fiscal Year 2008 reports when state, counties.

Nominuclear Test – Operation Bluebird (Operationally Evaluated). - General meeting as reported at the Pentagon; discussions continued prior to conference by DOD leadership (to review plan for nuclear test), among other participants in leadership in the Air Force on readiness to do this sort of analysis using conventional test techniques under operational circumstances or if using nuclear guidance of a sort normally used for tactical ICV analysis without IC missiles capability is desired during a peacetime air campaign.
