Police were looking into reports that an 11-year-old victim from Texas had gotten her cellphone stolen from inside of her sister's mother while she slept. Authorities didn't have anything on that aspect other than the daughter told investigators of a strange call from her daughter the day before they started living near Wichitas Dam.

However, no leads ever panned, and they haven't looked over where she would even last if the family lived where she did the phone repair while in school. At 7 p.m. Monday she spoke briefly online with relatives - "it went all fine until the end, where there she would text about seeing red outside, or about something going down.
